The staff were highly courteous and amazingly friendly. I loved the double room with a whirlpool. I was offered a free breakfast with great options. The service was outstanding. Lucky me, I got ironing free of charge. The setting was ideal, near shopping centers, the amusement park, and more.

Everything was good, personnel was five star and highly courteous. Got spotless room with whirlpool as expected, loved it. A shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets were very handy. The hotel location was marvellous and pleasant close to stores and restaurants.

The rooms here are a nice size and airy with large sectional sleeper sofa.

The hotel was absolutely great, we can just recommend it to others. The room was cheap and updated with a balcony, fireplace, and king size bed, we felt like at home. The venue was in an excellent location, close to Kelley's Island. One of the dining options, Jolly Donut, was just a 15-minute walk away.

The location here was great, and it's convenient to have electrical outlets in the bathroom. I grabbed some tasty takeout deals from Burger King, which was luckily just a short walk away from this place 💡.

The location was ideal, adjacent to key attractions, shops, and restaurants. Great value for the money. I was happy to find Marco's Pizza within a 10-15 minute walk serving nice food.

The rooms are well-equipped with amenities such as a mini fridge and coffee maker, as well as a spa tub or Whirlpool option. The breakfast offers a great variety of options, and it's included in the price, which makes it a great value for money.
